    Kick-Starting Your Weight Loss, as is called the first phase, includes total removal of the bad carbohydrates. Three meals and snacks along are allowed, so you won’t be hungry.Candy, ice cream, sugar, for two weeks is not allowed. Beer or alcohol of any kind is also forbidden. After phase one only wine is admitted.

    But chicken, fish, tofu and meat substitutes, nuts or beans can be eaten.After two weeks, you can reintroduce the right carbs. This is phase two of South beach diet. Fruits, bread, cereals, can be reintroduced but slowly, one good carbs per period.

    After the organism has accepted the new way of life, comes the phase three: maintenance of the diet for life.Good fats, low-carbs and aliments low glycemic index are preferred.
