In this video you can see Ronnie Coleman training his back with the following exercises: wide grip pull downs, cable row and bent-arm dumbbell pullover. You have to watch it several times as it is simply amazing. The first set is for warming up. Unfortunately people who are going to the gym tend to skip warming up and simply jump to lifting heavy weights. This is one of the main reasons of having an injury during a workout. Now back to Ronnie Coleman’s training, you have to notice that after each set, he increases the weight. Although he is training with huge weights he still does the exercises correctly. You have to keep in mind the fact that it is more important for you to do the exercise in a correct way even if using less weight than doing it wrong with heavier weights.After seeing this video you have to agree with the fact that size does matter.
